I have been going here for years... and love it. The bedside manners of the chiropractor or should I say stretcher side manners :), the massage therapist and staff are truely to be commended.
The staff are friendly and Dr. Wafful is nice and all, but the service is overpriced for what actually happens during the visit. I came in, and a tingling/heat machine is placed on my back for 10-15 minutes while nothing else happens. The doctor comes in, gives a few adjustments (and some adjustments are unsuccessful because the area he tried to adjust was still too tight and was not loosened before) and then charges $60 for 3-5 minutes of direct treatment. I've seen a few chiropractors and most have a similar routine, but I suppose I had higher expectations that were not met by this clinic. I honestly expected for the chiropractor to actually work on my back rather than letting machines do it for a comprehensive treatment. I wanted to like the services, I did, but maybe certain YouTube chiropractors have given a misguided expectation of the field. This was just my experience, but don't expect anything unique about the services or for comprehensive treatment with this chiropractor.
Dr. Wafful fixed my vertigo! Did you know a chiropractor could do that for a fraction of the cost? My primary doctor, ENT who then referred me to physical therapy couldn’t do squat and cost me hundreds of dollars. Aside from that, I’ve been going to Dr. Wafful for years for regular adjustments or when I can’t turn my neck or when I was involved in an accident. They can accommodate same day appointments and there is not a wait. Speak up when you want to change your treatment. I did, and now we skip all the therapy stuff. Also, airrosti (if not covered by insurance) is going to cost $200-300 per visit.
I agree with Paola's review. I have ten minutes of e-stim (basically just a massager on my back), followed by 2-3 small "adjustments" that may or may not be successful, then the appointment is over. That, and the generic "treatment plan" is 2-3 times a week for an indefinite amount of weeks, which financially adds up obviously, with no improvement or change in the treatment plan. I recommend the Airrosti across the street. It sounds incredible, but my chronic back pain actually made a ton of progress in just one visit!
Staff is always helpful and works people in - whole staying on schedule. Dr Bob is the best. He’s always helped me.
