For the past 5 years my wife has been treated by Dr.Kevin Brown and she has always told me that he is a wonderful Dr. And that I would really like him, she is absolutely correct, I have finally had the opportunity to speak with him and he is a very congenial person who loves his work, I will recommend him to anyone!

I’ve been seeing Kevin at Brown Chiropractic since about 3 months after having my son. I’ve had ton of lower back pain from giving birth and he has helped a lot with the frequent pain I have. I go there weekly now for about 2-3 months and I can really tell a difference. He is personable and takes the time to understand why your in there. Definitely a great place if needing an adjustment.

While traveling to Savannah on family vacation, my back slipped out of alignment and was causing me considerable pain and discomfort.
Called these folks and got in same day. Dr. Brown listened to my story, asked a few questions and told me he had a plan. After a very gentle adjustment I immediately knew he had me back in alignment.
The next few days were far from normal but I was able to enjoy the rest of my vacation.
Dr. Brown saved my vacation. Thank you so much!

This Chiropractor is in it for the people not the money. I was in from out of town when my back went out and they went above and beyond to get me in and adjusted. He spent over 30 minutes working on my back to help me be able to enjoy my vacation. They put me in their water message table that was absolutely amazing at no additional charge. I am truly grateful for the care I received and it made night and day difference in my ability to enjoy my time in Savannah. If I was local they would be my full time chiropractor! I highly recommend them to anyone who needs or wants chiropractic care!

Best chiropractor in town! Dr. K. Brown is a dedicated professional who listens to how I'm feeling or not feeling at each session and adjusts (pun intended) accordingly. Very thorough about explaining treatment plans and "homework". I've been going for a few months and I am seeing amazing results with my chronic low back pain. I can finally return to many of my day to day activities.
