I've struggled with sciatic pain for nearly 10 years which is before I lived in Savannah. Dr Neal has literally put me back in place more times than I can count. Their office is a godsend, and I'm so glad I found them in 2019; I only wish it had been sooner. It's a wonderful alternative to having to take medicine to mask the pain.

The team and Dr Neal are amazing! Everyone is so friendly and they make you feel like you’re part of the family there. Dr Neal has been treating me for almost 3 years now and I will never go to another chiropractor. He is absolutely the best!

I have had nothing but great experiences with Dr. Neal and the staff. The wait times are not long at all. Dr Neal is warm, friendly and caring and has the best bedside manner. The staff is friendly and make you feel welcomed at every visit. I have been seeing Dr. Neal about 2 months and with the adjustments to my neck and spine I feel so much better. I would highly recommend Dr Neal for any of your chiropratic needs .

My husband and I both go to Complete Chiropractic and really enjoy their office. Everyone there is so nice and welcoming. They are all so joyful every time we come in. We both see Dr Neal and have seen great improvements since starting. Dr Neal really listens to us and genuinely cares not just about what we are there to see him for but our lives in general. Their office goes above and beyond for caring for their patients. They have truly helped make going to see the doctor a more pleasant experience.

Kevin is an incredible chiropractor. His approach is scientific and he explains all of the issues in a very pedestrian way. He's also a very involved member of the community with a wealth of knowledge of great places to see and great eateries in town. Always love the front desk staff and the fun we have. Very light-hearted but still a consumate professional. Lots of relief and help.
