went in for an adjustment due to back pain postpartum. while every other client went back in a somewhat timely manner(even a new client, like myself), i waited in the waiting room for 45 minutes. not one of the staff checked on me to let me know why it’s taking so long or anything. i had to walk up to the front receptionist and ask if i should just leave after 45 minutes of sitting there annoyed and clueless. mind you, the whole time i had my INFANT who was fussing the majority of the time. did not anticipate to be sitting there for so long, but i gave them the benefit of the doubt. they finally call my name…. only to have me sit in this very narrow hallway, with my stroller, leaving little to no room for staff and other clients to walk past(seemed like a safety hazard to me). i have no idea why they even told me to come back there, knowing that is where i would be sitting. and forget about your HIPPA rights, you can hear everything that is being said and done in the “rooms” from the waiting area. there is no privacy, the rooms don’t have doors. i mean i could peer over the wall adjoining the two “rooms” and watch what another client was getting done. from where i was sitting in this tiny hallway, to the left of me was an open doorway where i could see a client getting some work done. i wish i had a better experience as i recommended them to my sister, but called her shortly after leaving to let her know how it went. please, train your staff to where they check on clients periodically when there’s a long wait, especially those with BABIES! the wait absolutely KILLED my experience.
Dr Lima and staff are wonderful. I’ve been seeing Dr Lima for about two years. I was having horrible migraines several times a week and with Dr Lima’s treatment I’ve only had a slight headache a few times over the past two years. I have been taught what I can do to help with stress, stretching and so much more and combined with Dr Lima’s techniques I feel so much better. I love that I don’t have to take medication to have a good quality of life. I highly recommend Dr Lima and his staff.
Staff has always been very friendly and efficient. I so look for to my adjustments. I very much enjoyed the one massage I received. She helped all the right areas!
I initially found Dr. Lima due to his office location in Summerville and to avoid a chain. I’ve been see him and the practice for a little over a year and have really like my experience. Dr. Lima and his staff are knowledgeable and friendly and I recommend them to anyone looking for or into a Chiropractor.
